Presentation Folder Printing

Presentation folders are a speciality of The Printing House and, unlike many of our competitors, we can handle every stage of printing and finishing presentation folders in-house. There are many options and sizes available including:

• A5 Folders

• A4 Folders

• Bespoke sized folders

• Digitally printed folders for shorter print runs

• LED-UV lithographically printed folders for longer runs

• Full colour presentation folders

• Special or spot colour printed folders

• Many ‘standard’ cutting forms available

• Bespoke cutting forms can be made to order

• Spot-UV varnish printed in-house on our LED-UV coating press

Capacity or Non Capacity Folders

Presentation folders are ideal for sending out sales literature, leaflets or quotes and are great for handing out at conferences or exhibitions. If you need to send out about 20 sheets or less to ask us for non-capacity folders. Or, if you need to send out more pages to ask us to quote for ‘capacity’, this is where we add a spine to the folders, usually 3-10 mm wide. Just take care, as when posting ‘capacity’ folders using Royal Mail, it’s easy for the spine (capacity) to crush, so when the recipient opens the envelope the impact of your folder is lessened.

Lamination & Spot UV Varnish

Folders can be laminated with either a gloss, matt or satin touch lamination. This adds a protective layer but a matt or satin touch laminate gives a very tactile feel which can help give your brand a perception of quality. The lamination is usually just to the outer of the folder, but can also be applied to the inner if requested.

To lift your brand even more, we would suggest a matt or satin touch laminate with an LED-UV spot UV varnish applied. This will allow us to highlight your picture or logo with a high gloss finish which contrasts well with the matt or satin finish.
