We have several print processes we can use for printing clothing dependent on the artwork, the material to be printed on and the required usage.

Direct To Garment Printing

DTG or Direct to Garment Printing is inkjet technology designed to print a full colour image using cyan, magenta, yellow & black inks onto a cotton substrate such as a T-Shirt or Hoodie. The Garment is first ‘pre-treated’ to create a flat print surface that will ‘take’ the ink. The pre-treated garment is then placed on a flat surface and printed using the inkjet, finally, to cure the ink it is placed in a heat tunnel. Once this is done the garment is then wash resistant and durable. 

Vinyl Graphics

Applying Vinyl to a clothing item is the desired print method for both durability and vibrancy. It only works in ‘spot’ colours, not full colour, but can be applied to almost any material, from T-Shirts to Baseball Caps, Umbrellas to Coats, Aprons to Hoodies. Not be confused with ‘old fashioned’ printed vinyls which looked awful and didn’t last. Our vinyls are what we recommend for workwear due to the long life of the print.

Dye Sublimation Printing

We predominately use Dye Sublimation Printing to print mugs.

Great for promotional giveaways, we print mugs in glorious full colour. They are dishwasher proof and we can provide polystyrene postage containers if required.

Magic Touch Printing

We also can print a massive variety of items using our ‘Magic Touch’ Printer, this printer allows us to print onto Phone cases, Ipad Covers, Wooden Signs, Mouse Mats, Leather, Wood, Mugs and much much more… ask us for details.
