Printed backer cards, inserts and headers for blister packs, clamshells and poly bags.

High visibility packaging such as simple header cards, blister packs and clamshells are an extremely effective and relatively inexpensive way to protect, display and promote small consumer items such as food items, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, stationary, homeware and hardware. This packaging would usually incorporate a eurohook hole so product can be effectively displaying in retail POS displays.

Printed card backers, inserts and headers are the foundation of this type of packaging and TPH have the design and production facilities for a wide range of:

As a manufacturer of printed card packaging with many years of experience and specific process expertise, we die cut and print for a perfect fit and quality finish.

We offer a wide range of paper stock in different thicknesses and finishes. For example a robust card stock which may be easily folded, yet provide ample support for light-weight products. As well as a classic blister card TPH can offer more specialised barrier blister card designed for products that require a high aroma, fat, oxygen or water vapour density which acts as a barrier between the product and the packaging material. Where required we include a standard hanghole compatible with Eurohook retail displays and a dull scoring rule that allows the paper to be folded without tearing or cracking.
